I did an internship as CEO executive assistant at Bourbon d’Arsel from april 2025 to june 2025 at Rennes, Brittany, France.
Bourbon d’Arsel is a specialty coffee roaster and coffee shop mainly focused on B2B sales. During my internship, I supported both day-to-day operations and strategic projects, particularly around digital transformation and global management. My key contributions included:
Administrative & Financial Management:
Reviewed VAT accounts and bank reconciliations
Implemented new software and SEPA mandates,
Streamlined processes, saving 1 hour/day for the co-CEO
HR Management & Risk Prevention :
Created and implemented the DUERP (risk assessment document)
Updated employee register and internal procedure guides
Contributed to recruitment activities
Business Development & Client Relations:
Supported commercial prospecting and client satisfaction initiatives
Used CRM tools (NoCRM, Airtable) to improve sales follow-up
Digital Communication & Marketing Strategy:
Created web content (case studies, SEO optimization)
Designed email campaigns (no-code automation with Make)
